Cardio is a also Known as AEROBIC EXERCISE it means :heart, cardiology ,and cardiovascular. Cardiovascular health relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels.it also relates to health of organs that are really dependent on a strong blood supply. Too have and keep a good and strong cardio you need to work out daily and eat healthy.it depends on the activity your doing to have a good work out. For example if you are playing soccer you are working your cardio really well especially if your a midfielder because you have to help out the forwards and the defenders. It is important to work out your heart because your blood flows faster ,better , and stronger. your heart has a lot of blood vessels that are connected to every part of your body such as your hands , legs , chest and more . when your playing Basketball in a team your playing for something which is a trophy , a medal , money , and more. Three activities you can do to work out your heart are the following : ZUMBA ,AEROBICS , OR SIMPLY JST GOING FOR ARUN AT THE PARK. when your doing zumba ur working everything such as abs and more. when your doing aerobics you mostly put your legs up and keep them steady for along time , stay balanced and keep moving .
